A New Creative Force Arrives on the North Shore: Silvertuna Studios & Collect With Lulu Announce Seasonal Gallery Opening in Highwood​

A fresh wave of creative energy is coming to the North Shore as curator and art dealer Laura “Lulu” Reich and curator, filmmaker, and artist Chris “Koz” Kozloff open a new seasonal gallery and arts space at 524 Sheridan Road in Highwood, Illinois. The public is invited to a special Holiday Gallery Opening Reception on Saturday, November 22 from 6–8 pm.

Designed to infuse the suburbs with positivity, culture, and accessible contemporary art, this collaboration between Silvertuna Studios and Collect With Lulu marks the first step in a long-term vision: establishing a permanent home for exhibitions, events, classes, and public art projects across the region.

Reich and Kozloff have already made a notable impact on the area, most recently through their leadership in developing more than 15 large-scale murals during the Highwood International Mural Festival and beautification initiative. Their partnerships with The Art Center Highland Park, the Highwood Library & Community Center, Celebrate Highwood, and local leaders inspired their decision to relocate from New York to Chicagoland to continue building meaningful, community-centered creative experiences.

The seasonal gallery will feature works from a wide range of acclaimed artists, including Al Diaz, Shepard Fairey, E. Lee, Snapkracker, Eric Orr, Koz, Jessica Kaplan, BG183, StukOne, Chris RWK, Zimad, Zered Bassett, OSK, Praxis, Solus, Kit17, Easy, Ruben Aguirre, Wane One, Magda Love, Tkid170, Damien Mitchell, Epic Uno, NiteOwl, Denial, Rob Z, and more. The gallery is open for walk-ins and private appointments ahead of the reception.
